Due to an increase in personnel, we are seeking to recruit a Production Leader for our SCM workshop. This position reports directly to the SCM Production Manager. Main tasks: * Personnel management, including personnel responsibility for the group. * Ensure that all group members possess the necessary expertise, have the capacity and are motivated to assume responsibility for their own work. * Ensure compliance with FMC’s working processes and instructions. * Daily follow-up of assembly and test activities. * Initiate and follow-up quality and HSE improvement measures. * Make preparations and plans to ensure that operators have access to the test equipment and tools they need to do their jobs. * Contribute towards continuous improvements so that the production process is optimised at all times.
