Rotational job 28/28, scope of work includes presenting Safety Related courses to rig crews at the DIP Training and Simulator Facility in Dubai, also, to develop and deliver effective HSE training courses internally for all Weatherford Drilling International personnel in accordance with company HSE standards and procedures and current HSE training requirements. Key Responsibilities Courses to include but not restricted to: • IADC RigPass • SafeStart • Manual Handling • Risk Assessment • Risk Assessment for Supervisors • COSHH Develop safety training courses and all training material designed to meet Weatherford standards and procedures. Continual development and co-ordination of the Weatherford HSE training matrix and schedule. Ensure training programmes and status reports are issued to all relevant personnel. Maintain up to date records on training and maintain the Weatherford training and competence database. Work with the WDI QHSE Training Manager to develop the WDI HSE training strategy and training programme. Provide HSE training when and as required to any WDI location. Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfill these.
