The role of Human Resources Advisor will be to support the Human Resources Manager AME & Asia by filtering actions / requests. Ensure the smooth running for the departments day to day administrative tasks and to pro-actively improve processes. Recruitment and Selection Manage recruitment campaigns for on and offshore recruitment within Middle East and Africa. Ensure recruitment process runs smoothly, that our recruitment activities are targeted effectively and that we are provided with the best possible service from our agencies / suppliers. Co-ordinate and work with our globally HR teams on recruitment matters.
