Assist in the preparation of tenders in accordance with the Business Management System (BMS) Assist in the pursuit of future business in accordance with BMS Implement departmental document control procedures in accordance with BMS including distribution and tracking of documentation internally/externally Co-ordinate and control network drives and departmental databases Co-ordinate stationery inventory to support ongoing workload Co-ordinate travel arrangement/personnel schedules in support of departmental activities Assist in the improvement of working practices of the department Receive functional guidance and advice from the Proposals Manager/Engineers Provide reporting assistance to Proposals Manager/Engineers Provide general secretarial and administration support to the Proposals Manager and Proposals Engineers Other duties as directed by the Proposals Manager from time to time
