Communications Officer Jobs in Aberdeen, Scotland

The role of the Communications Officer is to manage and co-ordinate all communications activities for Technip UK. Furthermore, the role is required to develop an annual Communications plan that meets the organisation’s strategic and business objectives. • Conception and delivery of proposals for ad-hoc internal communications requirements • Identification of PR and sponsorship opportunities • Drafting business related text for internal and external publications • Manage an annual programme of socially responsible activities • Devise an annual advertising campaign • Support key aspects of Emergency Media Response (Training, procedures etc) • Undertake role of Media Co-ordinator for ER purposes if necessary • Providing support and advice to Senior Management on Communications issues • Liaison with Group Communications based in Paris, supporting their requirements and implementing directives and policies as necessary • Internal networking to ascertain internal views on a range of Communications issues • Development of UK Communications policies and procedures • Attend regular Executive management meetings • Management of Communications Budget • Manage, train and develop Communications Co-ordinator
