Professional I&C engineer responsible for operations support, troubleshooting, I&C integrity program management and I&C project scoping/support on ExxonMobils North Sea assets. Job description: For assigned assets, provide operations personnel with single point contact for all I&C related engineering issues. Provide technical recommendations/proposals to resolve I&C issues. Provide hands on engineering support to troubleshoot, improve plant stability and optimise performance. Initiate projects to manage obsolescence concerns and/or improve facilities in line with business needs. Conduct Financial analysis (Benefit-cost ratio, Present Value Profit, etc) for Technical Recommendations. Develop integrity critical equipment strategies for I&C related equipment which includes identifying equipment degradation modes, performing risk assessments, assigning maintenance tasks, defining acceptance criteria, determining critical spares needed, and ensuring that appropriate inspection records are managed. Demonstrate equipment integrity compliance with the performance standards to ExxonMobil and Regulator. Serve as I&C Technical Authority in Design Reviews, HAZOP’s, and HAZIDs.
