To provide HSE & CQI technical support and guidance for Oceaneering ROV & Inspection Angola Operations. - Complete STOP for Supervision training modules personally, using workshop staff as subjects for practice observation. Practice STOP skills every day interacting with staff in the workshop. -Check Encompass daily and liaise with Operations Management for the investigation and development of corrective actions for reported incidents. -Attend daily toolbox talk and ensure understanding of local workers by arranging translation when needed. -Coordinate workshop/yard safety matters. -Arrange and attend a two weekly Local Management safety meeting to discuss core HSE topics as listed on HSE overviews
