SinterHeat is a production company utilizing high velocity powder compaction (HVC) for production of powder metal components. Currently, efforts are focused on producing gears and wear parts, although many other products are possible. High speed forming yields extremely high green densities, between 96-99.5% is typical for most metal components. Such high density ensures that dimensional changes during sintering is small, allowing tight tolerances to be achieved.
