Preparation of tenders in accordance with the company’s Business Management System (BMS). Manage the development of professional proposal documents that adhere to the customer’s requirements with accountability for proposal responsiveness and quality. Organize workload of tender teams to meet deadlines. Prepare accurate and economic costing of tenders and assessment of risk including competition/market trends. Work closely with the project execution team to assure that proposal content and related execution plan and schedules of delivery can be fully supported, and that estimated costs associated with the scope of work are documented in accordance with required processes. Responsible for presenting the solution and financial position to senior management for approval. Negotiate terms and conditions of tenders with Customers. Assist in the improvement of working practices of the department. Assist in the pursuit of future business by attending client meetings and function. Diligently provides updates to internal reports and trending analysis. Receive functional guidance, direction and advice from the Proposals Manager. Provide business planning and reporting assistance as applicable. Other duties as directed by Proposals Manager / Business Acquisitions Manager from time to time.
