The candidate is preferred to be from Design-Consultancy background in the field of Oil & Gas Industries (Offshore, Onshore) / Refineries with experience (Site Safety experience shall not be considered at all for this post. Only relevant design experience in Safety Studies & Loss Prevention Design is required). The candidate should be a Chemical Engineer (with Process Engineering background) having relevant experience in conducting Safety Studies like QRA (consequence / dispersion / radiation / explosion modelling using validated software’s like PHAST, FRED and Probabilistic Studies using risk summation tools, fault tree / event tree etc.). He must also be conversant with studies like HAZID, HAZOP, EER, FERA etc. The candidate should also have experience in design of active fire protection system (fire water pumping / network, deluge system, foam system, fire water hydraulic simulation with software’s like PIPENET). He should be capable of developing HSE Philosophy/ Safety Concept and handle a project as Lead Loss Prevention Engineer.
