The role will primarily focus on providing proactive support to ROV Project Managers with the day to day running of offshore projects, mobilisations and demobilisations. • Candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to identify areas where service delivery requires prioritising and implement improvements. • Co-ordinating with Project Managers, offshore worksites and the logistics group to ensure maximum effectiveness / efficiency of all ROV projects. • Carry out assigned tasks with regards to project management in the absence of the Project Manager. • Ordering of spares and equipment and ensuring timely despatch to appropriate destinations. • Ensuring that equipment returned from offshore is dealt with in the correct manner i.e. returned for repair, purchase order credited if wrong equipment is supplied. • Tracking of rental equipment to ensure that rental costs are kept to a minimum and equipment is off-hired when possible. • Adherence to the company’s HSEQ policies and processes. • Assisting in ensuring that the Company / Department objectives and legal requirements are complied with.
