A regional sales role for Hydril Pressure Control and VetcoGray CDE products and services, this role will provide sales leadership for Europe, CIS and Africa. Metrics will include orders, CM, sales and customer service levels. - Drive business growth through development and execution of regional commercial strategy. - Lead GE Integrity program and Compliance efforts internally, with customers and with 3rd parties - Participate with Commercial Operations to prepare and deliver timely, high quality commercial proposals and quotations to customers. Provide necessary support to the commercial risk review process. - Provide leadership, maintain engagement and client relationship during contract negotiation and review. Participate with Finance and Legal in successful contract development. - Lead development of peer-to-peer customer relationships at all organizational levels. - Manage and control 3rd parties. - Collaborate with GE Oil & Gas and other GE organizations as required to achieve business growth objectives. - Participate with Marketing in the development of strategies and actions to achieve business growth objectives; input to the GPB. - Participate with the Service organization in delivering superior customer service levels to customers at customer locations, service shops and authorized repair facilities.
