The Lead Drilling Engineer is a key supervisory role accountable for engineering activity covering the planning and execution of drilling of the 5 well programs. Reporting to the Wells Team Leader, the post holder will supervise a team of Drilling Engineers, Well Test and Cost Engineers to ensure delivery of high quality well planning activities and programmes to show excellent performance during well execution.
