It was incorporated as a limited liability company on May 17, 1989, to harness Nigeria’s vast natural gas resources and produce Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) for export. Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Limited (NLNG) is headquatered in Lagos, Nigeria The Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Limited (NLNG) company has a wholly owned subsidiary, Bonny Gas Transport Limited (BGT), which provides shipping services for the NLNG. BGT was established on December 10, 1989.
