The Control System Department in FMC is responsible for supplying control and monitoring systems to Subsea facilities for production of oil and gas. The department has multidisciplinary, technically skilled resources responsible for development and delivery of Subsea products to international oil companies. We need highly motivated Designers with good experience of Pro-E who together will further develop FMC’s skills and experience to support a growing Subsea market. When selecting candidates, we will focus on personal qualities. We will compile a development program based on individual backgrounds and qualifications. In principal, the program will involve practical project work in a role where the candidate works closely together with an experienced Designer. The candidates will be exposed to good system understanding which will create opportunities for carrier growth within the company. Main tasks: * Design and configuration of subsea control systems * Establish and maintain 3D models, Production drawings and documents * Challenge the design, Improvement suggestions * Responsible for the correctness and high quality of the mechanical design * Maintain project schedule according to Engineering plan * Coordination between configuration, production and product groups
