Essential Responsibilities • Will report to the Regional Material Manager and support the Europe Manufacturing operations performance • Responsible for the definition, deployment and execution of the Six Sigma Roadmap of the Regional Materials Management team to support the challenges on Fulfilment, Inventory, Productivity and Product Costing. • Follow-up projects execution by mentoring GB projects to achieve annual productivity savings, COQ reduction, inventory reduction, OTD improvement, cost model accuracy improvement etc. • Following completion of a rigorous training program, serve as change agent by stimulating, communicating and institutionalizing Lean & Six Sigma initiatives at any level of manufacturing to engage the whole Manufacturing team. • Teach, train, coach and mentor at any manufacturing level in the use of Lean & Six Sigma methodology. • Support Lean initiative by participating to Lean events within Manufacturing and cross-functions • Work with the Regional Material Manager, Europe Manufacturing Quality Leader and the plant lean leaders to provide leadership and direction to teams empowered to execute the Lean Sigma strategy • Constantly seek, share and implement best practices. • Communicate teams’ progress to Champions, Business Leaders and Master Black Belts.
