Malm Orstad AS was established in 1946. We are an independent subcontractor and specialised company in the mechanical sector for the offshore and onshore industry in Norway. Our main areas are: engineering, machining and assembly. We offer our customers a complete package solution to simplify the projects and give them a single point of contact. Problem-solving, troubleshooting, modelling, concept studies, detailed design and product development are some of the services we offer on a daily basis. Our greatest advantage as a supplier is short delivery time, solid product know-how and a high level of quality. Our engineering department has broad experience in the fields of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and control systems for the offshore and onshore industry. The close proximity of our engineers to the production facilities has proven crucial to producing the most functional solutions and the most cost-effective production solutions. In addition, we are technology-minded and have invested in machines and equipment in line with developments in recent years. In this manner Malm Orstad AS is able to handle complex projects from concept to finished product/project to delivery of complete and fully documented products. When Malm Orstad AS is involved in major jobs, we can take on project management responsibility for our customers and deliver within the agreed milestones.
