Serve as a liaison with local and global compliance experts ensuring technical excellence to standards and legislation Assist in determining project feasibility, overall technical bid structure and Product Interfaces for System supply Coordinate with the product management team to determine best product application with each bid opportunity Provide support to the FEED Commercial team in pursuit of opportunities and in developing a pre-FEED field layout Determine resource assignment and advise of project prioritization including headcount and base cost budget for pre-FEED and FEED engineering Provide technical support and full definition of application engineering work scope for each bid opportunity including identifying and assessing technical risks associated with proposed offering, monitoring and reporting process, resource status and quality Managing cost and identifying risks and identifying opportunities for VOR (Variation Order Reports), attend meetings and technical reviews Participate in projects to reduce costs and standardize product offerings Attend equipment and system design reviews
