Work closely with team members to assess current and expected infrastructure needs • Provide highly responsive service levels and stay current with appropriate technologies, support processes, new releases and upgrades • Collaborate with and inform management of critical issues and status of ongoing projects, and work effectively towards team and corporate goals • Design build, implement and tier 3 solutions within a virtual infrastructure environment consisting of virtual servers, desktops and applications • Maintain and operate software presentation technologies that deliver centrally hosted software packages to users in remote locations • Assist in researching, implementing, and testing new technologies, solutions, and/or features to improve performance and reliability of the server and storage infrastructure using industry “best practices” and assist in ensuring the development, implementation and maintenance of a high-availability environment • Assist in developing, testing and implementing disaster recovery plans • Assist support team in providing timely and efficient Tier 3 support for assigned engineering initiatives • Ensure HSSE for all Global IT&T activities is managed effectively per the BG policies and standards.
