To assume technical responsibility for the design and implementation of software solutions for work packages as required. To carry out maintenance and investigation activities at Aberdeen or offshore/offsite as required. To assist after market engineers in providing support to installed base. Provide support to project engineers and project managers Demonstrate commitment to clients Operating System and the processes of continuous improvement. Ensure all work activities are in accordance with Operating Procedures. Provide first point engineering support to personnel in the field as required. Operational software support of delivered Control Systems as required. Provide technical solutions to Projects, Products, Service Support and Manufacturing as required. Produce technical investigations and reports for review by supervisor. Ensure allocated workscopes are produced within budget and timescale. Monitor allocated workscopes and report current status, estimate to complete and resource requirements to Team Leader. Any other reasonable duties deemed necessary by immediate supervisor. Create Software service packs for projects and or support work from inception through to completion
