Endorse the inspections required - Maintain the structural integrity of onshore and offshore oil production facilities in accordance with Oceaneering and Client codes of practice, strategies and legislation, ensuring feedback of results to client Asset Group - Ensure Regulatory and Client standard compliance - Support the Principal Structural Engineer in the management of Oceaneering contract providing assurance on technical delivery and cost management - Support the Principal Structural Engineer in production of Oceaneering Monthly Performance Management Report - Responsible for the production and ongoing management of the Installation Annual Structural Inspection Plans and Integrated Field Planning (IFP) compliance - Assist in the development of appropriate annual budget and manage the CTR (Cost, Time & Resource) process - Responsible for suitability and technical content of the Integrity Management Strategies for Structural Inspection - Develop and issue detailed inspection work scopes / work packs for topside and subsea inspections - Carry out Structural Inspections offshore and onshore as directed by Principal Structural Engineer - Accountable for ensuring timely execution of the defined inspection plan, co-coordinating with Maintenance and Site Teams as required - Ensure the effective application of new non-invasive techniques and specialist technologies to limit intrusive inspection so as to maximise inspection intervals - Provide management, guidance and direction to Oceaneering support personnel for the effective execution of the contract, including interfaces with Pipeline and Pressure Systems Engineers - Assist the DTL / PSE to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) deliverables and overall management of the service - All work to be carried out in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems
