Opportunities have arisen for a ROV Technician to work within a small and dedicated team responsible for assembling and commissioning offshore ROV equipment and associated tooling technology. The position reports directly to the Equipment Maintenance Manager and an overview of the role is as follows: The role of the ROV Technician will involve the candidates working to tight timescales for the delivery of a high quality product and service to a variety of internal and external clients. Therefore, candidates should be familiar with delivering good service delivery in a timely and safe manner and within the guidelines set out within the Company’s business management system. Typical duties will involve assembling and commissioning of ROV equipment and tooling technology, post job analysis, fault finding, supervision of a small team, ROV system commissioning and trials which may be in conjunction with the project engineers, general maintenance tasks as required and basic administration duties (planning / prioritizing work and reporting
