Quality Tubing formation in 1976, Quality Tubing has established itself as the leading producer of coiled tubing products, and through the development of its proprietary technology, the Company has been very successful at proving and promoting the value of these products to all of the Oilfield Service Companies. Quality Tubing the last several years QT’s products and services have experienced robust growth in demand. Quality Tubing improved the coiled tubing manufacturing process since it was formed in 1976 and was rewarded patent #4,863,091 on September 5, 1989 for the process of producing continuous lengths of coiled tubing. Quality’s products are manufactured under this patented process which creates continuous coiled tubing from high-quality flat rolled low carbon, high strength steel. Quality’s coiled tubing products can be up to 26,000 feet in length without a single tube to tube girth weld. Traditional downhole tubular products are joined by connectors at 40 foot intervals. Quality received product patent #5,191,911 for continuous coilable tubing on March 9, 1993. Quality Tubing has continued to emphasize its technical leadership by providing new products to the market.
