Negotiating the Terms and Conditions of Customer Purchase Orders • Maintaining customer and third party contacts and working arrangements to ensure uninterrupted flow of information, through a single source • Defining project objectives, establish tasks, determine required reports and arrange the necessary project team staffing through functional managers • Calling design reviews, kick off, project status review and other meetings, recording, publishing the same • Responsibility via Project Engineer for technical content of the project • Responsibility via the Project Quality Engineer for the preparation concurrence with, and assurance of Quality Plan • Responsibility via project team members for the development of the project schedules • Responsibility, through Project team, for monitoring and analysing project accomplishments, and installing any corrective action and / or replanning as required • Reviewing all customer requested changes and negotiate, as applicable, revised prices and deliveries • Responsibility through costs analysis to develop baseline cost projections for the project • Responsibility via the internal sales co-ordinator for authorising and issuing all changes • Responsibility for the compilation of a list of recommended spares and negotiating with the customer the spare parts purchase order • Calling all projects review meetings
