Under general supervision, the individual competently performs all aspects of project management. Responsibilities include directing and generally executing projects, administration and development of project procedures that meet contractual and revised client requirements. Provides technical guidance and work direction. May serve regularly in a leadership capacity. Essential Functions: 1. Provide successful liaison relationship with client to resolve all project execution issues. 2. Monitoring budget expenditure, meeting invoicing / payment milestones, cost change orders against initial estimates, cash flow and payment forecasts. 3. Maintaining original scope of work while verifying conformance to the contractual agreement. 4. Planning work in progress and future work required.
