Report to the Vice President on the Technical Performance of the company. • Review and approve all technical engineering work conducted and sent out through the Houston office. • Manage projects, including tracking schedules, cost and managing resource requirements for projects • Ensuring that the projects are following the company quality system. • Dealing with clients and potential clients. • Preparing proposals including preparing scope of works, execution, plan, key deliverables and cost and schedule. • Capturing and furthering company intellectual property • Marketing and business development to assist in meeting the required revenue targets for the Houston office
