In addition to any specific accountabilities for HSSE, all employees are accountable for ensuring that they take care of themselves and adopt exemplary safe behaviors Accountable for developing BG’s subsurface/technical understanding of BG’s acquired interest in East Texas/North Louisiana. Understand the development plan and be able to advise on well locations and forward programme. Ensure that the BG subsurface understanding is effectively communicated throughout the asset and BGA Use BG’s detailed knowledge of our acreage to formulate NV activity across the AMI and influence EXCO in its taregting and negotiating for new acreage. - Project work scope definition, value assurance, multi disciplinary results delivery and management, reporting. Liaison and communication with other key Asset staff, Asset and Regional management, BGA Function Heads, Corporate Reserves Group and other key internal and external stakeholders. - Contributes to management and functional reviews. - Encourages the innovative application of new technology, workflow changes and process improvements. - Contributes in evaluations and M&A opportunities in area of expertise - Represents BG and the JV with stakeholders regarding subsurface programs
