Provide front end support for service of a globally installed product line of subsea chokes. • Document, prepare, disposition and approve strip down reports to and provide options for customers on refurbishment / repair of products to allow for creation of quotation • Provide technical guidance to customers during initial inquiry stages of service / field reports and guide this process through to quotation. • Work with legacy information when required to assist customers to troubleshoot equipment • Liaise with Product Group engineering as required, in terms of product upgrades / design enhancements • Assist in developing service packages such as common spares kits for the choke valve product line, publish and keep records current based on engineering changes. • Build relationships with key customers and develop pro-active service agreements. • Work with global service organisations to ensure strategic support for the product line. • Identify, initiate and execute improvement programs for the service of the product line. • Work with the project execution team on a regular basis to assist in improvement of processes. • Support of subsea intervention activity, identifying upfront tooling requirements and offering support to offshore service engineer as and when required. • Ensure all work is conducted to the “Spirit and the Letter” and in an environmentally and safe manne
