Responsibilities : * Develop and implement an internal communications strategy designed to enhance the performance of the organization; * Implement the internal communications strategy through the creation of innovative and sustainable tools intended to reach employees at all levels of the organization in an effective and efficient manner; * Develop interacting communication strategies with the EPT and GS global organizations and with Shell India in order to encourage synergies; * Develop and maintain the site external web sites and intranet presence; * Help organize internal events to engage and motivate employees; * In cooperation with site leadership, devise and test crisis communications strategies to respond to sensitive issues and circumstances; * Support site management in the preparation and approval of media statements, issues briefings, reports, news releases, ads, articles and other external communication materials; * Develop and implement an internal communications strategy designed to enhance the performance of the facilitate.
