The position of Human Resources Advisor is responsible for developing and implementing a broad spectrum of HR initiatives including but not limited to compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, manpower planning, training and development, and employee relations. - Labour Laws Compliance Good working knowledge of the India Labour Law and responsible for administration of the employment terms and conditions. - Recruitment & Selection Assist and manage the HR Advisor (Recruitment) in short listing/interview/induction of Senior Management candidates. - Company Benefits Manage and continuously review the Company benefits. Advise Senior Management on standards of remuneration, working conditions and current trends in the market. - Staff Training and Development Manage and maintain the appraisal system and support the Company’s training policy. - Manage manpower planning and forecasting.
