Tubular Inventory Controller Jobs in Aberdeen, Scotland

We currently have opportunities for experienced Tubular Inventory Controllers at our Stoneywood Facility in Dyce, Aberdeen. This includes but is not limited to: •Generate receiving material documentation and ERP system transactions for all incoming material in Yard and offsite areas, ensuring that unique bin location(s) are recorded against each completed transaction. •Check and indicate inspection requirement status on company ERP System at receipt entry stage and ensure quantity, description and condition •Ensure all materials are clearly identified at all times, and apply preservation materials as and when required. •Assist inspection and workshop staff on removal of protective coverings and reinstate same, and prepare materials for such inspections in advance. •To allocate material from Job Pick Lists and other Inventory Based Documents, to Jobs (Works Orders) on ERP System and physically route materials to next stage operations, including preparing materials for outsourced operations and service based activity. •On a self supervision basis, physically move material to safest and best fit situation on Racking and Yard locations on a daily basis, ensuring that correct Bin Location is recorded on the ERP System at all times. •Preparation/packaging of all materials in preparation for dispatch, loading equipment onto transit trucks and vehicles. •Continuous physical counting of Inventory in accordance with the cycle count Schedule and reporting on Inventory Accuracy. •Identify, record and reconcile Inventory Discrepancies, issue and control stock adjustments request and records. •Verify and report on storage arrangements and implement improvements on a self supervision basis. •Qualified Forklift driving and Banksman/Slinging for the offloading of materials anywhere on site within DQE as directed by your Supervisor/ Manager •Tower crane driving (when suitably qualified) •Ensure offices, warehouse, yards and entire work area is kept clean and tidy at all times and that all material is stacked properly at each location, ensuring no material is outwith designated safe working areas at any time. •Other duties as deemed necessary by your Supervisor or Line Manager for which you are competent and suitably trained.
