We are currently seeking a Senior Installation Specialist with vessel installation experience in umbilicals to be responsible for marine operations, regulatory requirements, work instructions, vessel inspections, barge inspections and other general tasks for Aker Marine Contractors US for Subsea, Floatover, Floater and similar offshore projects. He or she will interface with clients, employees and regulatory agencies for consistent and accurate scope definition and the engineering and operations teams regarding planning and installation strategy and requirements. Inherent in the job are the tasks listed below. Plans, develops, coordinates, and manages on-site construction engineering activities for large, extensive projects. Manages project engineering and related functions and activities. Insures project engineering activities comply with company and contract requirements and supports the overall construction schedule.
