Reporting to the Proposals Manager you will be responsible for the key aspects of formal and budget proposal generation and submission. This extends to coordinating process, mechanical and electrical design work, the estimating of relevant costs, preparation of cost to build sheets. In addition, you are required to ensure the tender document is compiled professionally and is delivered to the prospective client in a timely manner. Based in Basingstoke you will work in conjunction with all M-I SWACO business lines and be expected to liaise closely with discipline engineers, Business Development, Regional Sales, Contract, and Design and Manufacturing Managers. Whilst your primary responsibility is to support Europe you will also be expected to support Eastern Hemisphere activities and provide a single point of contact to customers throughout the proposal, preparation and evaluation phases.
