BS degree (preferably in engineering) or equivalent work experience. 12-15 years relevant work experience in one or more quality critical’ industries with 5 or more years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred. Experience in stratgetic deployment of quality into one of prevention/error proofing versus appraisal/inspections. Must have solid knowledge of quality management systems, manufacturing processes, statistical quality engineering, inspection, auditing, calibration, data analysis techniques, quality cost principles, and experience working with Codes and Regulatory Agencies and Industrial Standards Organization (ISO) standards. Working knowledge of SAE AS9100 and ISO/TS 16949 is prefer red. Certified Quality Manager (CQM) is a plus.
