Development Engineer – Marine Technology Jobs in Oslo, Norway

Development of new equipment and routines for the PGS seismic fleet, including simulations, design, prototyping, testing, implementation and follow up of both small, short term projects and larger developments. The position is office based, but some world wide travel will be required. Qualifications: MSc. or equivalent in Marine Technology, Cybernetics, Applied Mathematics/Physics or similar Experience is an advantage but graduates are encouraged to apply Creative and innovative – able to think “out of the box” Initiative – able to work independently, as well as part of a team Good presentation skills Good written and spoken English, other languages a plus Good health and fitness (sufficient to pass Safety Training and Offshore Health Certificate)
