Main tasks and responsibilities: * To ensure maximum throughput in the data center * To monitor and report on hardware and software errors * To ensure the best possible level of service is being provided to the users * To ensure the correct generation and distribution of any media produced * Must be prepared to work shifts * Any other reasonable work request from the Management Qualification: * Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering Experience, Skills and Knowledge Required: * Minimum 2 years of computer experience, preferably in a team environment * Linux/ UNIX knowledge * Service Desk experience with ITIL knowledge an advantage * General PC literacy, especially in Microsoft Office * Good command of spoken and written English * Good communication and interpersonal skills
