Supervise and ensure that proper cargo hose handling and safety procedures are adhered to by tanker vessel’s crew during cargo hose connection & disconnection * Assist the Loading Master in ensuring that the tanker complies with all terminal safety and international regulations while berthed to the CALM (Caternary Anchor Leg Mooring) (SBM) buoy * Assist the Loading Master during condensate loading operation to ensure it progresses per the loading plan and is pollution free * Check and determine that all portable communications equipment are properly functioning prior boarding of tankers * Ensure all necessary spares for the safe operation of the CALM (SBM) buoy are available on the support vessel at all times
