Applicants for this position should possess a Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Management or other related Engineering field and a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in integrated offshore construction/EPIC contracting, with a strong background in offshore platform, pipelay and sub-sea/SURF operations.The ideal candidate should have the necessary skills in leadership, scheduling, time management, technical, budgeting and cost, marketing and customer relationships, contracting, negotiation, teambuilding, communications, analytical decision making and resource management. Candidate should have the necessary enthusiasm and stamina to perform well in an environment of change. The ideal candidate will understand that the majority of our work is overseas and be willing to undertake significant international travel (up to 50% of the year), with a preference that candidates be willing to accept an overseas assignment if the project warrants. Potential overseas areas of assignment include Asia Pacific, Central and South America, Europe, the Middle East/Mediterranean and West Africa.
