Protubo uses induction-heating technology to bend tubes and structural shapes for fabrication of spools, bends and elbows – with great flexibility as to the radius, angle and geometry of the pieces.Protubo can manufacture pieces in carbon steel, alloy steel, API tubes, stainless steel, and aluminum, among others. This process minimizes the need for weld points in the piping as it allows us to fabricate consecutive bends in the plane and/or space, thus speeding up the work by reducing time and expense required for welding, beveling, after-weld heat treatment, non-destructive tests and qualified inspectors etc.
