The Repair Supervisor should be technically sound with troubleshooting and repairing subsea products, notably subse control pods. The Repair Supervisor is accountable for issuing non-conformance reports (NCR) and providing failure analysis reports for product failures and ensuring that all repaired products comply to quality procedures and specifications Responsibilities: -Inspects parts for work orders brought from the warehouse for damage and records traceability on the word order -Is able to troubleshoot any equipment failures -Familiar with hydraulic and electronic test equipment, i.e hydraulic pqoer units, master control stations and eletronic test sets -Able to determine proper ratings for various fittings and hoses to meet specified test requirements -Aids in testing of assembled equipment -Is able to interact with Engineering on any assembly and/or test procedure or BOM changes required -Is able to interact with 3rd party inspectors and customers relating to their products -Signs and is responsible for proper documentation of eachs tep in the procedure preformed Qaulifications and Experience: -Five or more years experience involving assembly and test of oilfiled or similar products -Must be familiar with blueprints and other engineering documents -Must be familiar with computers and software applications; basic programs as well as test programs -Experience with preforming basic failure analysis -Must be familiar with electronic antistatic control requirements -Must be safety oriented and familiar with requirements to preform work Job Safety Analysis -Knowledge of Quality Standards and Quality System requirements
