The Technician is responsible for the operating of flexible lay systems and associated equipment and for ensuring that the work is carried out in a safe, effective and efficient manner. The Mechanical Technician will also perform operations of the FDS, Carousel/umbilical Hauler Responsibilities: - Compliance with Aker Solutions and AMC HSEQ policies legislative and contractual compliance - Controlling the day to day work of assigned tasks, equipment and disciplines - Operation of relevant equipment while on Company worksites - Offshore mobilization and demobilization of all equipment and systems detailed above - Pro-actively work to ensure performance, reliability and monitoring of all mechanical equipment associated with the FDS (AMC owned) and Carousel/Hauler
