Due to an internal secondment – BG Group requires an additional Recruitment Manager for our high performance, global, in-house recruitment team. Looking after two highly specialist areas: Oil & Gas Operations as well as Well Engineering, this individual will engage with senior internal stakeholders to ensure they have a full and complete understanding of the recruitment requirements, in order to develop world class recruitment solutions. This will involve finding the right people for the business at the right time (which could be either internal or external candidates) and managing the end to end process. You will of course be expected to make recommendations to improve our processes and our ability to source high calibre candidates.
