Red Rooster Industrial Ltd specialise in the sales, repair and rental of air hoists, winches and load measuring equipment. The products we supply are tried and tested in some of the most demanding applications in industry and the range is one of the most comprehensive available covering a wide span of power, configuration and load capacity options.
MANUFACTURING
Our machining facility is equipped with the latest generation of CNC machines facilitating highly efficient manufacturing to close tolerances resulting in the highest quality products. We are equally capable of manufacturing single items or tooling up for multiple unit production runs. Our lead times are second to none.
TESTING
Every Red Rooster product is subjected to the most rigorous examination and test prior to release. Our testing facilities enable us to carry out dymanic load testing of winches up to 20t and for hoists and trolleys up to 30t.
QUALITY
We are proud of our reputation for producing quality products and service. Our BS/EN/ISO 9001:2000 Quality System is accredited by Lloyds Register and encompasses manufacture, supply, repair, rental and test of our product range.
Every 60 days our Quality Systems are subjected to external audit thereby ensuring maintenance of the high standards which we have set.
Red Rooster products comply with the European Machinery Directive and are CE marked.
ELECTRONICS
Our fully equipped electronics workshops enable us to design and manufacture digital electronic equipment. We also specialise in radio telemetry.
REPAIR
Red Rooster are specialists in the repair of powered hoists, winches and load measuring equipment. Our detailed knowledge and experience of this type of equipment means we can offer our customers a fast turn around, efficient and totally reliable service backed by guarantee.

Over 220 Air hoists including 30 over 25 tonne capacity.
Air trolleys up to 50 tonne capacity.
Special Low headroom hoists and trolleys up to 25 tonne capacity.
Spark resistant hoists and trolleys
Air Pneumatic winches up to 10 tonne capacity
Air spoolers fitted with a brake, clutch, and built into a lifting frame.
Over 100 load measuring links and shackles, including two 500 Tonne load shackles.
Hydrostatic and Electronic Crane weighers
Running line monitors both electronic and
hydrostatic
Data loggers and chart recorders.
Electric hoists and trolleys up to 5 tonne.
